Every care is put into our products from creation to delivery. We endeavour to produce and deliver purchased Photographs as quickly as I can. In general it will take up to three working days for your purchases to be delivered. However during busy periods it may take between 5 and 10 working days. In the unlikely event that you have waited for longer than 10 working days for your item/s to be delivered, you can either contact us through the contact gallery link or click here

Returns
If for some reason you are unhappy your photograph we will gladly exchange the product with a product of your choice to the same value as the original. This exchange will be made once we have received the orginal and is based on the assumption there is no damage to the the original product.

If you are unhappy with your photograph and do not want a different photograph as areplacement we will refund your purchase by cheque as soon as we have recieved the unwanted item (On the condition that the item is undamaged). Please include a postal receipt so we can provide a full refund. (We only provide full refunds including postage when the correct reciepts are included in the return.)

Returns and refunds on damaged products are dealt with by negotiation on an individual basis. If you wish to return an item please contact us through the contact gallery link.

Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy, like our Photography Gallery, is simple and designed with our customers in mind. All information collected on our customers is strictly confidential. No information is passed on or sold to any parties outside NexuS Photography Gallery. We run an ethical email marketing campaign which is run on an opt-in and opt-out format.
